Autumn, this most colourful time of the year, when the evening light fades and our streets are adorned with magical shades of reds and yellows. It is also the season when our foods get richer, our sauces get warmer, and we crave heartier dishes. For this case, we have selected 12 wines that will partner with the flavours of Autumn. The whites offer firm fruit flavours, alongside a subtle richness and lifting freshness; wines that marry perfectly with the earthy vegetables, mushrooms, and creamy sauces that begin to appear on our plates. The reds offer medium bodied, juicy fruit cores, and dark, spicy edges. The ideal match to the slow-cooked sauces and hardier meats that will be welcomed at the table.
