As the weather shifts and nature awakens, a tapestry of vibrant hues unfold, heralding the arrival of a plethora of fresh foods and flavors to grace both our grocers and our plates. Wild garlic, asparagus, cucumbers, and an array of fragrant herbs intertwine seamlessly into our recipes. With this culinary evolution, our wine preferences also undergo a delightful transformation. We find ourselves yearning for whites exuding a crispness, adorned with hints of minerality and citrus, perfectly complementing the lighter, more vibrant flavors dancing on our plates. Similarly, our red wine choices take a lighter step, shedding their full-bodied richness to embrace the essence of freshly-picked berries, intertwined with delicate notes of dried herbs and minerals.
