Made from estate-grown grapes in Soings-en-Sologne, currently in organic conversion. Gently crafted with a short maceration and natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts, then aged in stainless steel to keep all that fresh, vibrant fruit intact. Bottled with minimal intervention and a little time to rest before release.
