About this Liquore

A delicate elderflower liqueur which is soft, sweet and floral. Wild elderflower are picked from the hills around Asti, Piedmont.

From artisan Piedmontese producer, Antica Distilleria Quaglia, this beautifully fragrant liqueur is produced according to a traditional recipe in which elderflower is infused in alcohol alongside Iris root and other spices. After a period of infusion the elderflower is pressed, and then water and sugar are added to create the resulting liqueur.
