About this Red Wine

The wine is juicy and shows elegance and good integration of all the elements. A quintessential example of the true Gaglioppo grape!

The Gaglioppo grapes are hand-harvested, no herbicides or chemicals are used at any stage of the production process. 5 days of maceration on the skins. The wine is spontaneously fermented using indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel and aged for 24 months. Bottled without clarification or filtration.
