Bright, bubbly, and seriously fun to sip. This sparkling gem bursts with fresh floral aromas and a crisp hit of red apple, juicy pear, zingy citrus, and a pop of ripe strawberry. It’s the kind of wine that kicks off any evening in style—perfect on its own or paired with seafood.
It’s a lively blend of Glera with a splash of Pinot Nero. The Glera skips skin contact for that clean, fruity profile, while the Pinot Nero gets a short maceration for extra character. Both ferment in stainless steel, with the bubbles coming from a second fermentation via the Charmat method. After about 60 days chilling on the lees for that creamy texture, it’s chilled right down to -2 to -3°C, filtered, fine-tuned, and bottled—ready to party.
