This product comes beautifully presented in a wooden gift box.

The semi desert vineyards of Priorat, inland from Barcelona, produce some of the most sought after Spanish red wines. Meaty and full-bodied with dark red berries and earthy spice. This is a real crowd pleaser, bold, smooth tannins, soft oak, incredibly easy to drink! Trossos del Priorat 90 Minuts is made from a blend of 85% Garnacha (otherwise known as Grenache) and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines grow on steep, rocky terraces and face challenging, dry conditions and high temperatures. Though it has its difficulties, the harsh climate makes for unique, concentrated wines with real complexity. With environmentally friendly morals, Trossos del Priorats farm their land utilising organic viticultural practices. But they are not certified as a small amount of grapes come from local farmers who do not have the means to vinify their own wines themselves. 90 Minuts is fermented in stainless steel tank for a duration of around 21 days. The resulting wine is transferred to French and American oak to age for a period of 12 months. Once the maturation process is complete, the wine is bottled in lightweight recycled glass (helping reduce the wineries carbon footprint). Complex, bold and rich, Trossos Priorat is a perfect match for red meats and game. Think rustic dishes, homely, heart-warming food - food for the soul! Get the slow cooker out for a sumptuous stew or pair with slow roast root veg, grilled sausages and lentils for a comforting combination. Look no further for a case of delicious Spanish Priorat Wine.
