The Giato Bianco from social cooperative Centopassi is a classic white blend from the sunshine isle. Working with reclaimed mafia land, not only is this a fantastic and noble cause but the wines are stunning too. Notes of white peach, white blossom and lemon zest. A round mouthfeel and fresh, citrussy finish. This is an excellent, certified organic, any-day drinking wine. 

The organic Chianti Biskero from eco-pioneers, Salcheto, spends little time in oak, unlike many of its Tuscan siblings. Organic farmed and produced, the Sangiovese grape expresses its pure red cherry and plum character and a delicately spiced finish. Smooth, ripe and fresh this will accompany a Pasta al Ragù just perfectly.
