Sourced from estate-grown Chardonnay grapes in the commune of Prissé, the fruit is machine-harvested to preserve its purity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with carefully selected yeasts, followed by five months of maturation on fine lees, enhancing texture and complexity before filtration and fining.
