Coming from Nebbiolo vines which grow in the lands of “La Brunata” farm. The must undergoes a prolonged fermentation of about 20 days in stainless steel tanks. The finished wine is transferred into large capacity Slavonian oak casks where it matures for about 4 years. Suitable for prolonged ageing in bottle.
