Winter is the time to cozy up, warm up, and it's also the time for festivities, when we share more than any other time of the year and when we spend time with those closest to us. The foods are bigger too, with some of the slowest-cooked, richest and most intense flavours going. So for the winter case, we've selected whites that are a little riper and richer, with flavours and bodies that will stand up well to the bigger flavours. The reds are fuller too, with deeper, darker flavour profiles to partner with the warming foods. They're bottles worth celebrating with too, special wines from small producers to share with your nearest and dearest.
