Discover Northern treasures such as Soave, Pinot Grigio and Gavi. Taking a trip further south taste the signature of the Marche region Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi. Cross-country in Tuscany, enjoy a classic Vernaccia di San Gimignano. Finishing off with a delicious, traditional style Vermentino from the Island of Sardinia.

2019 Gavi Il Forte, Produttori del Gavi -  Piedmont
Based in the heart of the Gavi district, Produttori del Gavi offer fantastic value for money. This is beautifully balanced with stone fruits and lemon complimented by a soft minerality and a lovely fresh finish.

2019 Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi 'Costa Verde', Tenuta di Tavignano - Marche
Certified Organic. From a small, quality focussed, family run winery. Fresh citrus notes of lemon zest give way to white peach and a precise almond finish, typical of Verdicchio. Perfect with seafood!

2016 Soave Classico Superiore 'Foscarin Slavinus', Monte Tondo - Veneto
This is a serious Soave with great structure and complexity. Aged in barrel on the lees, this has developed some serious complexity and structure. Ripe peach, orange blossom and honeyed lemon all jump out of the glass. The palate is warm and round with a lingering finish.

2019 Pinot Grigio, Di Lenardo - Friuli Venezia-Giulia
Di Lenardo produce benchmark Friulian wines which are remarkably affordable. Pear, peach and lime are all present with great freshness and acidity that make this a very moreish wine!

2019 Vermentino 'Manzanile', Gabbas - Sardinia
Known for producing exemplary traditional Sardinian styles, Gabbas' Vermentino is elegant, smooth and concentrated. Notes of grapefruit, lemon blossom and white peach are complemented by a lovely minerality and a bitter finish.

2019 Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Cesani - Tuscany
Vernaccia di San Gimignano was the first grape variety in Italy to gain DOC status, pre-dating top names like Barolo and Brunello. This classic example is dry and fresh and herbal with notes of green apple, dried thyme and greengage. A super food wine.
